Loknath, formerly the chef at Lal’s Indian Cuisine, opened Shiv Shakti Bar and Indian Restaurant across from The Atrium Resort in Simpson Bay in 2009. In 2013 he opened a second location in Philipsburg across from the St Rose Arcade. Both are open from noon until 10:30 every day. The dining room in Simpson Bay is spacious with sea breezes coming in from the nearby Bay. The Philipsburg location is on the second floor near the head of town (nearest the cruise ship terminal).
