Saqib Ullah is a seasoned professional land surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the construction fields. Since 2023, he has been leading all civil engineering work and survey analysis for Lerone Enterprises as their Senior Civil Survey Manager, bringing his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the forefront.
Saqib’s extensive career encompasses a wide range of civil works, including roads, transmission lines, substations, bridges, culverts, sewers, stormwater systems, house connections, potable water and firefighting lines, telecom, low and high voltage lines, container terminals, helipads, landscaping, and building works. His proficiency in computer skills, site supervision, and quantity surveying has made him an invaluable asset on numerous projects, including high-profile projects in Sint Maarten and Saba.
With a deep understanding of advanced surveying equipment, Saqib is well-versed in using Sokkia, Stonex, Trimble, GNSS, and robotic total stations ranging from 1” to 5”, as well as auto levels. His expertise extends to the latest survey instruments, ensuring precise and accurate measurements for every project.
Saqib’s knowledge of specifications and inspections as a land surveyor and site supervisor is unparalleled. He has the skills to work as both a site inspector and supervisor, with a strong grasp of basic concrete and asphalt materials. He excels in establishing and managing survey teams for mega projects, handling surveys from the design stage up to the as-built phase.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and Civil 3D, Saqib can efficiently check plotted earthwork cut/fill, cross sections, profiles, and draw plan and profile shop plans drawings. His ability to work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals ensures that designs for buildings, roads, and other infrastructure are built in the correct locations and within legal boundaries.

Currently, Gustavo handles most of Lerone Enterprises’ architectural design works, where he applies his skills in developing architectural visualizations. Driven by a passion for plastic arts and technology, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and using his skills to achieve the best possible results and solutions to problems. His approach to architecture is hands-on, often outlining his ideas through sketches and drawings, allowing for a creative and detailed visualization process.

James Orillanda has been an integral part of Lerone Enterprises for over a decade, leading all digital creative design and web projects for both the company and its clients. With a strong foundation in PHP programming, James has demonstrated expertise in a wide array of web development and design tasks.
His skills include creating WordPress-based websites using Elementor page builder, converting layouts from PSD to HTML and WordPress themes, and an in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, and jQuery. James is also proficient in developing HTML5/CSS3-based websites using Bootstrap, optimizing websites for SEO, and managing MySQL database creation and optimization.
James’s expertise extends to content management systems and mobile-optimized websites. He is adept at object-oriented programming using the CodeIgniter PHP framework, ensuring robust and efficient web solutions.
James’s journey in the field of technology began with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from Interface Computer College (2008 – 2011) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Science from AMA Computer College (2007 – 2008).
